I’ve had a zebra grass for 3 years. The first year it grew a little. The second year I moved it to a different location and it was beautiful. However, this year it grew into a totally different ornamental grass. It no longer has any similarities to zebra grass and I am stumped as to why it is no longer a zebra grass. Would you have any ideas as to why this happened. Thank you for your help. My email is: applew8@aol.com

Some hybrids like Zebra Grass can revert to the form of one of the parent plants they were hybridized from,  which sounds like what has happened to yours.  Once this happens, it will not revert back.  You may want to remove it is the current plant is unappealing to you.
