I bought bare root roses from a local discount store a few weeks ago and noticed they were very dry and generally not looking to good . I gave the body bag roses a few cups of water and put them in my bag window . They are now producing stong canes and leaves. My question is can the roots support all the growth ? When can I plant them ? I plan on stopping by hewitts and getting everything I need so roses can thrive
