My Rose of Sharon’s branches are drying out, how can I revitalize this larger hibiscus, it’s approximately 10-12 feet high and 5-6 feet wide. Thank You..

Make sure it is getting a deep watering every week or so. Set a trickling hose at the base of it for a couple of hours. Also brush any mulch away from the trunk until you see the original soil and keep it that way. Mulch piled against the bark slowly strangles the plant.
