We purchased 3 cleveland pears and 1 crabapple a month ago (06/08), three of them are looking good but one of the pears is all dried/dead, do you have any warranty for your trees, would it be possible to get a replacement? (i can send the photos)
They are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee as long as you have proof of purchase (a receipt). We usually require that the plant be returned with the receipt but a picture and a part of the dead plant mifght suffice in theis case. You’ll need to contact the manager of the store you plant on doing the return at to work out the details.
