I have 2 plants with small white bugs crawling in the soil and I saw something about having to repot/resoil but ima not sure how to do this and wanted to know if you offer such a service ?

Id take pictures and drop by one of the store to find a solution. A systemic insecticide in granular form can often control these insects. Simply repotting isn’t going to solve the problem with a complete root wash and insecticide treatment. The shock to the plant doing this would likely be worse than the cure.
