I’m hoping to dethatch my lawn one day, then slitseed overseed the next day. Is that ok to do? Can I start this week (late August)? I live in Albany. Thanks

Yes you can and now is a great time to get to it so the seeds have a chance to grow and establish a decent root system before the ground freezes.
