Does Hewitt’s sell Rugosa Roses? Are these roses deer resistant? Can I use liquid fence on them?
Yes we do in approx. 3 gal. pots for 36.99. Deer resistant not deer proof. They’d have to be desperate to bother them. Yes, you can spray them with Liquid fence without harm.
