Hello, One year ago I had to move so I grafted my Climbing America rose bush and normally it would be covered with blooms..the bush has thrived very well it’s over 6 ft tall now but has yet to bloom since it was grafted and put in my new home Garden. is it possible that it will never bloom again or does it take sometime for it to re- establish itself even though it is very large and thriving ? any thoughts? I appreciate it thank you

I’m not sure what you’re asking.  What did you graft your rose to?  Another rose?  I don’t think I can actually answer your question. but a can tell you that a transplanted rose will take some time to recover from the move before it starts to flower again.
