By law I can only recommend CE Winterizer for a new lawn or for a lawn growing in soil that is low in phosphorus.  Of course, when it is hot and dry like it is now, no lawn food should be applied to the lawn.  The lawn is under stress and food applied during hot dry weather will only damage the lawn further.  Water heavily with and inch of water once a week and raise your mower to its highest setting to help the lawn get through.  Feeding likely won’t be possible or needed by the lawn until mid-August or whenever rain is a regular feature and temperatures drop below 80°.
