Hi Peter,I bought a dumb cane about a month ago and the tips of the leaves turn brown. What do you think is the possible reason? I watered three times and the room temperature is 62-65F.It’s in the south facing office. Thanks!Warm Regards,Yuanyuan

Browning tips are a classic indication of overwatering.  Make sure it is right in a bright window (not actoss the room) and always poke your finger into the soil before watering.  If it is already damp, don’t water for a few days and check again.  Make sure the pot it is in has a hole in the bottom for water to escape.  If there is a sauce under the pot, NEVER let it stand in water.  The saucer is just to protect the floor of shelf.
