I purchased a jade butterfly ginkgo a few years ago from Hewitt’s.  We have not done any pruning.  This is our first ginkgo and we are novice gardeners, excited to learn.  There are multiple “trunks” coming from the ground.  Should I trim them back so there is only one trunk?  I have pictures but this says I am unable to post them.  Please advise.  Thank you!
