Unfortunately a landscaper came today and pruned them severely. Needless to say I am upset. Will they flower this year after he cur all of last years wood?
If it is an older variety that blooms on two year old wood then the buds for this years have been cut away. If is one of the newer repeat-blooming varieties then it will be able to bloom this year on new growth.
