If I pour cooled leftover fabric dye on a living plant will it kill the plant or ill the dye be absorbed though the plant’s roots and color the flowers? I am think about astilbes, or possibly spirea.
Don’t do it! It will probably damage or kill the plants. If you want to try this, use food coloring dye.
