We sell Bonide Moss Max.  It is important to follow the directions on the package.  The most common mistake people make using moss killer is applying it too early in spring.  If it is still too cool and the moss isn’t actually growing, the moss killer isn’t taken up well enough to work.  Like lawn weed killer, you want to wait until NIGHT TIME temperatures are averaging 50 degrees…usually mid May through mid June.
