My tree was beautiful last year. This year it has only a small amount of leaves
It looks like all the buds froze and fell off. Will the tree rebud with the new warmer weather?
Can I use Country Estate Root and Gro with B-1 to fertilizer it?

Yes, it will likely sprout and grow. Don’t feed it until it has some leaves on it.
Last winter’s warmth in January followed by a very cold snap in February was very damaging o many plants.
