How big does a Norfolk Pine get? I would like to have it indoors, but can’t have it unmanageable. Can the height and width be pruned? Also, do they come in dwarf sizes?

I’m unaware of any dwarf NIP varieties. In the south, grown outside, they can reach 60′. In our area, grown indoors in good light, they grow much slower but can still get large. They can be prunes if need to control the size.
