Peter, I have to replant a front bed, am shade, pm sun. That use to have 30 yr old yews. What can I replace these shrubs with? Faces north west , wind resistant, also something that aren’t tasty to the deer. Thank you for any advice you could provide.
Spirea, Lilacs, Deutzia, and Witch Hazel spring to mind. HERE’S a link you might find helpful. Check the hardiness though…we are in hardiness zone 5
