Hi! Is there a flowering tree I can keep in a pot on a screened in porch during the summer and winter? Or possibly on porch during the summer and basement during winter?? Thank you so much!

Hibiscus is perfect for this. It is tropical so it will not want to freeze so it will need to come inside. It will lose leaves over winter but bounce back in spring.
