It’s 3/8/24 and the temperature is goi g to be close to 50. There seems to be no cold weather ahead for at least a week. How should I approach pruning of a 30 year old yew and 15 year old fire bush?

March is a good time to prune both yews and Burning Bush. You can remove up to 1/3 of either without shocking them. Shape as desired.
