Hi – I have a hardy hibiscus that has come back beautifully and rather huge but there is one branch that the leaves are completely wilted from bottom to top. When I stick my finger down into the dirt, it is moist (not totally wet). The rest of the plant looks fine except I need to treat for bugs. My 5 other plants look good. What can I do for this?

Trim off a bit of the bad branch off and bring it into the garden center so we can get a better look at the problem.  Pictures of the plants will help as well.
