hello, we are attempting to plant some ground coverage and bright happy flowers at a business owned transitional housing site. Can you tell me what kind of plants, bushes, flowers you would recommend that will rebound and look nice fairly quickly after transplanting? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Periwinkle will be a great ground cover…low growing and pretty flowers.
Without more information about the site, it is impossible to make specific recommendations on shrubs and plants.
I’d suggest taking note of how many hours of sun the area gets and whether it is morning or afternoon sun, the size of the area and take some pictures of the area and make a visit to the garden center so they can show you some options.
