Lots of flowering shrubs would love that spot.  Lilacs, spirea, weigela, even roses love heat and sun.  Make sure to plants them far enough from the hose that they’ll never scrape the siding.  Avoid evergreens including rhododendron and azaleas…they won’t like the heat.
