What would you suggest for a partially shaded 120′ chain link fence in 5a zone. I’d prefer a fast-growing, flowering (possible food source, i.e. berry, fruit) vine that doesn’t look too bad in Winter months? Thank you for any ideas!
My best suggestion would be a Trumpet Vine…it should be able to tolerate the heat of a metal fence. No fruit and it will lose it’s leaves in winter but butterflies bees and hummingbirds love the large flowers.
