Instead of buying bags of Ocean 14000, what’s a mix I can make for plants outdoors? As far as I gather it’s 6 Cu Yd Peat Moss, 2 Cu Yds Perlite, and 6Cu Yds Cow Manure with some worm castings. for 14 Cu Ft.

Your blend sounds good. I’d add some organic Bio-Tone food to add soil micro-organisms to jump start the soil life.
